To make a booking you will need to contact your desired artist directly. You can do this through social media or through text message.
We can then do a virtual or in person consultation. We will need to ask you some questions about your tattoo.
- The design you want
- The style you would like
- Where you would like it placed
- Size
We may also ask you to send a clear photo of where you would like the tattoo to be placed.
We will then be able to set up a convenient day and time for you to come in and get your tattoo.
Tattoo design is a collaborative process. Please expect us to have artistic input on your request.
All bookings require a non refundable deposit. This can be paid with cashapp or with cash in store. No day or time will be able to be held without a deposit.
Deposits count towards the final cost of the tattoo.
We understand that sometimes circumstances may change and you will need to rearrange your appointment. We offer all customers 1 free rearrangement of their appointment.
We require at least 2 weeks notice to rearrange your appointment. If less than 2 weeks notice is given we will require a new deposit for any changes. Please speak to your artist if you will not be able to make your appointment as this is a matter of courtesy to them.
The remaining balance due on the day or your tattoo appointment is Cash Only.
Designs will not be available before the day of the tattoo and no designs will be sent digitally or leave the shop before an appointment. This is to protect our time and the copyright of our artwork, as all of our designs are custom pieces. We do however make time before your tattoo begins to go over the design together and make any minor changes that you may want. Upon request, larger designs will be available for you to see in person in the shop before your appointment.
Bookings for Special Offers or Flash Events cannot be refunded or rescheduled as they are for a limited time only.
All deposits are non refundable.
Reschedules can only be made up to 2 weeks before your appointment.
1 Reschedule is permitted.
Reschedules made less than 2 weeks before your appointment will be subject to a new deposit.
Please plan to arrive 10 minutes before your appointment.
Call, text or message us if you are running late.
If you are over 30 minutes late and have not contacted us you will forfeit your deposit.
Please wear appropriate clothing for the tattoo you are receiving and make sure you have eaten/drank prior to your appointment.
If the area to be tattooed is a cover up, or another tattoo is already located in that area, this must be disclosed before the artist agrees to the tattoo and the deposit is made. We retain the right to cancel any appointment and keep the deposit if this important information is not disclosed.
Major design changes or changes to body parts being tattooed may result in a cancelled appointment. We retain the right to cancel any appointment and keep the deposit if the agreement about the design and it’s location is changed. Please inform your artist with plenty of notice of any changes so that they can do their best to accommodate you.
Any customers weighing over 350lbs we ask that you disclose this information prior to your appointment so that we are able to accommodate for you with correct equipment for your safety and comfort.
Our shop is for customers and guests 18+ only. No children will be allowed in the building under any circumstances. This is for the safety and comfort of all staff and guests.
We welcome our customers bringing a guest with them for support. Due to size constraints in the shop we will only be able to accommodate 1 guest per customer.
We do not allow food, drink, smoking or vaping in the tattoo work stations, although you way bring water with you. If you wish to bring your own food or drinks they must be consumed outside of the work stations.
Deposits can be made in cash or cashapp. Final payment on the day of the tattoo is cash only.
Please ensure that you do not make further important plans before or after your tattoo appointment time. Tattooing can sometimes take longer than expected and every customer is different. We do not want to rush your tattoo as we take great pride in every design that leaves Acid Ink. If you need to cut your appointment short, please inform your artist so that they can make adequate arrangements for you.
If you arrive at your appointment with skin damage ( for example rash, sun burn etc.) we will be unable to tattoo you that day. This is a requirement under Georgia law. We retain the right to cancel any appointment and keep the deposit in this event.
We have worked hard to create a professional and calm working environment for you to enjoy your tattoo session, This ensures that your body art is of the highest quality and the shop is safe and welcoming to all. We kindly request that all guests respect the building and artists. Guests who are rude, abusive disrespectful or disruptive will be asked to leave with immediate effect, regardless of if the tattoo is completed or not.
By sending your deposit you agree to these above terms.
